The winner of Eurovision 1986 was the smallest artist in ESC history, a 13 years old kid:Sandra Kim Bergen had the honor of being the first Norwegian city hosted final of Eurovision. SANDRA KIM The 13 year old from Belgium, with the song "J'aime la vie" won the committees that voted for all, giving Belgium its first victory after 31 years of participation in the Contest. The Sandra Kim even has the record for youngest winner of Eurovision. In order not to be the young age of disadvantage on the ballot by the national committees, the RTBF had falsely stated he was 15 years old.
