Eurovision 1983

Eurovision 1983 had the best song quality. Almost all of the 20 songs were perfect.
The state television of Germany (ARD) decided to host the contest in Munich this because since 1979 it had become the "City of Eurovision» for the country, since every year the choice of song was in Munich. The Germans prepared in 1983 with great zeal and "professionalism" to distinguish them .For first time that we use wireless microphones. Greece and Italy returned to the competition. France also returned but this time represented by the second state of the channel (Antenne 2). Ireland absent for economic reasons. Many were betting. To Luxembourg, the famous Israeli Ofra Haza, Sweden and Yugoslavia were the first in the betting. Outsiders are Italy, Germany, Holland and Austria. Corine Hermes finally succeeded in Luxembourg on 5 victory in the competition
